For me, Personal Training is all about understanding my clients needs and tailoring your sessions to suit. Through initial consultation, I spend time understanding your history, your goals and objects, listen to how you like to train and then write your sessions to suit.

Session Plans

Can't make it to the gym? Why not try my personalised session plans. Following an inital consultation i will write a set of plans to keep you moving, even if you can get to the gym every week.

Nutrition & Food Diaries

You are what you eat! Invest in your body and give it the right fuel. I will look at what you eat over week or two and help adjust your diet to match your training needs. With a selection of tasty meal cards, you can be on the road to a healthy 2017 in no time.

Why not Join our Silhouette Warriors at Total Warrior 2017? This is an extreme event which will test you both physically and mentally over a punishing 10km obstacle course. Book a set of training sessions and i will help to get you match fit for the big day. With a combination of Intervals, Speed, Strength, Tabata, and Flexibility training, you will be on the road to success! If the Grange Spa is too far or you are already a member of a gym then we may be able to workout there. Let me know the gym and i will see if we can arrange your sessions there. I can travel as far as Stamford, Grantham, Sleaford, Boston, or Peterborough so get in touch!
